Saturday:          Yoga Sutras Study Group     9:30 am - 11:00 am                               Saturday's Study Group Class, suggested $10 donation

Sunday:             Intermediate Level                9:00 am - 10:30 am

Sunday:            Yoga Sutras Study Group     4:00 pm -  5:30 pm

Private Instruction:

Mentoring is one focus of our work. Having benefited from private instruction personally, we feel that through individual instruction and diligent practice one can derive the maximum benefit from yoga.
